Bids/Quotes Management
This module allows representatives to efficiently track bids and quotes across multiple customers, handling multiple line items with pricing. Users can easily export bids and quotes to PDF format for sharing with customers.
Job Management
Quotes can be seamlessly converted into jobs, or jobs can be created independently of quotes. The system supports:
- Attaching documents to jobs
- Creating line items
- Releasing items to orders
- Managing shipments
- Tracking warehouse returns
ERP Integration
The platform is fully integrated with an ERP system, enabling two-way synchronization for sales and purchase orders, customer invoices, vendor bills, payments, and more.
Commission Reporting
This module simplifies commission management for the accounting team. It provides an easy-to-understand layout for tracking accrued commissions for representatives.
ACH Payments
The ACH payments module allows the accounting team to generate NACHA files for pending vendor payments, which can be easily imported into the bank’s software. It also automates vendor notifications through the platform.
