Benchmark Email has selected Custom Software Lab to develop a custom Salesforce Cloud application to allow Salesforce.com customers seamless integration into all Benchmark Email’s leasing email marketing web services. The web application will be available via Salesforce AppExchange and can be added as a add-on module to any salesforce CRM account. The application will leverage Salesforce’s developer API and sync data with its benchmark counterpart, APU. Custom modules and web services will be developed to provide new tabs within salesforce and include all core features of benchmark email including but not limited to email list management, email templates, survey’s, polls, auto responders, email scheduling and full reporting.
