Need:
Prior to reaching out to Custom Software Lab for custom software development, AJT Safety had been using Spreadsheet, MS Word, and various 3rd party tools to maintain their compliance data and driver files. Most of their work and important documents we maintained manually, by hand, in a local onsite legacy system. As their business began to grow, it became obvious to AJT that they now needed a centralized system to maintain client information, documents, and other vital information. They also needed the ability to have clients manage important documents and records for themselves remotely.
Solution:
Custom Software Lab built a customized software solution to be used for safety and compliance audits on PHP using Yii framework. With this new solution in place, drivers from multiple companies can now submit their applications with all the relevant information and documents, which are then audited by the admin and CSM.
Multiple checklists were included for employee and asset audits that check for issues within the audit, and a maintenance task list is automatically created to address the problem immediately. The system also schedules preventive maintenance for the assets.
