Community Waste Disposal (CWD) is a privately owned waste management company that manages waste for residential and commercial clients. CWD owns and maintains over 2,000 commercial dumpsters. A large inventory of front-load containers guarantees prompt and reliable customer maintenance and exchange. CWD provides curbside residential refuse services weekly. We offer various refuse containers to meet all waste management needs. The equipment necessary for these services includes bag-only services, customer-provided reusable trash containers, and CWD-provided 95-gallon grey trash carts.
CWD provides bulk and/or brush collection services customized for each city’s specific residential needs. Apartment Compactors are a great solution for multifamily communities that are limited in space. CWD will provide an apartment-style compactor for use with steel carts to be emptied by a front load truck. This equipment can be purchased or rented through CWD.

All requests for scheduled services like pickups, report missed pickups, and container repairs are registered to their database so they can manage all these requests in the custom CRM and scheduling system.
Integration with weather and service alertsThe current service system is integrated with weather and service alerts. Residential and commercial clients will be notified in case of any delays or cancellations due to bad weather. This helps clients manage their waste disposal, especially for commercial and apartment complexes.
Schedule a pick-up and view the scheduled pick-upAfter registering with CWD, clients can avail all services offered. Options are available for Commercial or Residential, so CWD can choose appropriate machinery/equipment for managing waste disposal. Clients can schedule a pick-up by selecting any available time slot based on convenience, and CWD will do the rest.View My Schedule option provides details about your scheduled pick-up date in the calendar and pick-up route on a map for clients eager to eliminate waste.
Pay My BillCommercial and Residential clients can make their payments through this app with the client’s CWD account number and invoice number. Payments can be made for one or more invoices with corresponding invoice numbers, and it takes two business days for payments made online to be posted to the client’s Community Waste Disposal account.
Replace broken cartCWD replaces cart that is broken for commercial and residential clients. Use the app’s “report a problem” feature, select the replace broken cart, and submit. CWD will replace the cart.
Report a missed scheduleA missed pick-up can be a huge trouble, especially for commercial facilities.
