The well-appointed 10 luxurious guest accommodations and the private two-bedroom Villa du Sureau are the hallmark of grand living. With its towering pines, lovely gardens, and romantic fountains, this hidden gem’s storybook setting is a haven for travelers seeking peace and tranquility.

The hotel’s digital presence was disjointed and inconsistent without a thoughtful digital strategy. Due to the restricted digital presence, Château du Sureau faced challenges growing direct bookings on their website and reducing reliance on the OTAs. It was clear that they needed to revamp their website to solve their immediate challenges: a lack of brand awareness, old website technology, an unresponsive website, and an unappealing design that did not evoke the hotel’s true luxurious feeling.

Custom Software Lab identified the hotels’ many conversion touchpoints, audience personas, and market segments. Our R&D team also did a thorough competitive analysis to review the performance of the old website and, at the same time, find new opportunities for designing new elements for the website. The hotel targets vacationers who wish for an upscale experience to enjoy the glorious view of the Yosemite National Park, so our design team developed a site to showcase the wealth of hotel experiences – dining, events, and a luxurious place to stay that is different from the usual places in the area.
