The OB Answer goes live with their new business concept, built by Custom Software Lab. The OB Answer is a triage phone service specializing in OB/GYN practices that provides a full time staff of experienced RN’s to handle after hour calls for doctors and their patients needs and concerns.
Custom Software Lab built a custom web application that allows The OB Answer to market their services through a brochure website while handling incoming calls from patients through a back-end database. This robust application filters protocols per Doctor depending on the patient calling and logs all needed information to report back to the doctor each day.
This unique application also provides The OB Answer with the ability to generate custom monthly reports outlining the number of calls, their nature, and any notes entered during the call. “Custom Software Lab developed a custom logo, website, and software for our company.
